The 2025 ALS Awareness BBQ
The third annual ALS Awareness BBQ at Stray Dog Brewing Company.
On June 28, 2025, ALS Awareness Events hosted the third annual ALS Awareness BBQ at Stray Dog Brewing Company. The BBQ was open to everyone, with live music to follow and proceeds donated to The Ottawa Hospital Foundation and ALS Clinic.
The previous year’s event had a great turnout. In total the events raised $12,790 for ALS Canada, and the goal was to grow bigger, create more awareness, reach more people, and raise more funds for research to help find a cure for ALS.
The ALS Awareness BBQ started at 1 PM at the Stray Dog Brewing Company, 501 Lacolle Way, Orléans. The event included live music, a silent auction, and food from Angry Dragonz and the Valley Sausage Co.
